No cyst

Just got the call that my cyst has not regrown.  No need to drill a hole in my head for which I am really, really grateful.
Also got blood work done and my white blood cell count is normal.  High would indicate infection.
So what are the pain and swelling indicating?  Don't know.  Going to see the neurologist next week with all test results in hand.
