Tomorrow is my last visit to a dear woman, Kay Allen, my EMDR counselor of several years. I'm not feeling particularly eloquent but I am feeling particularly grateful. She's quite a person and has blessed me regularly through tumultuous times. She helped me connect with a new EMDR counselor closer to home with her blessing.
