Macaroons

The sensation of Saturday was macaroons from Sweets. Turtle, Salted Caramel, Rose with White Chocolate Ganache, and Vanilla Bean Chunk with Chocolate. Yum. Ephemeral- only sold the day they're made, laid in a box, and plastic wrapped to guard against drying out- how could this much care not be a sensation?
As we took our first bites, it was pure pleasure!
